Bore Lube is a superior biodegradable liquid lubricant for use in water based drilling fluids. It has a built in corrosion inhibitor and does not upset mud properties as do widely used tall, rice, or soy bean oils, fatty acids and filming amines. It also acts as a dispersant for asphaltenes, barites, and lignosulfonates.

Bore Lube effectively lubricates the drill string assembly to minimize the tendency of drill pipe to stick to the borehole wall. This results in a significant reduction in drag between the pipe and the well bore.

• Unlike most other lubricants, does not cause rapid build up of solids because it contains no oil.
• Allows the hydrocyclones to function without interference.
• Conditions the filter cake to make it thinner and slicker without greasing out barite.
• Effectively inhibits the hydration of some shales and lowers HTHP fluid loss.
